NT: Beazley pledges to end third-world Aboriginal health rates

KIM BEAZLEY's pledged to reverse Australia's poor record on Aboriginal health .. if
federal Labor wins government.

Mr Beazley is visiting the remote community of Wadeye .. south-west of Darwin today
.. during a whirlwind tour of the Northern Territory.

He's told Territory FM radio the third world figures on Aboriginal health have gone
on long enough .. and Labor will reduce them in its first two terms .. because he thinks
the prime minister should accept personal responsibility for this.
