Half of Bolivia's natural gas exports to Brazil were cut on Thursday due to pipeline damage that the government blamed on saboteurs who oppose President Evo Morales, the pipeline operating company said.
A pipeline that sends 14 million cubic meters of gas a day to Brazil was shut for repairs after a rupture on Wednesday, Hugo Munoz, a senior advisor to the Transierra pipeline company told The Associated Press. He said it was not clear how long the pipeline will be shut.
